Delivery Timeframes
Production: 5-7 business days from order.
UK & Europe: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
USA & Rest of World: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Express Production: Available on request — contact us for details.
All orders include full tracking and insurance. You'll receive dispatch notifications with tracking links via email.
Returns & Guarantee
Every sign is custom-made to your specification, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged or differs from the proof we sent in any way, we will replace it at no cost.
The designer proof we send exists to protect you — you see exactly how your sign will look before it is made.
Shipping FAQ
How long does delivery take in total?
From order to doorstep: approximately 2-4 weeks. This includes your designer proof (2-3 days), production (5-7 business days), and shipping (3-10 business days depending on location).
Is shipping really free?
Free worldwide shipping on orders over £150. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold. All shipments include tracking and insurance regardless of order value.
Can I return a custom sign?
As each sign is custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged or differs from the proof we sent, we will replace it at no cost.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. All orders are shipped with full insurance.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I request express production?
Yes. Express production is available on request. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm availability and any additional costs for your specific product.
