QR menu stands for restaurants, cafes and bars

These are table-top QR stands made from Iroko hardwood and Perspex® acrylic, built for daily commercial use rather than printed and laminated. Every stand is double-sided, so guests on either side of a table can scan without moving it.

Built to be re-used, not replaced

The QR panel is a separate component. If your menu link changes, the front panel can be replaced without discarding the stand — which matters when you are buying for twenty or forty covers rather than one.

Table numbers and second codes

Several designs integrate a table number alongside the menu code, and some carry a second QR panel for reviews or feedback. Engraving of your business name or logo onto the base is included at no extra cost.

Sizes and formats

Stands run from 100 × 125mm up to 175 × 125mm, in square, round, arched and slim portrait formats. Larger orders for a full restaurant are handled through our hospitality and trade page.

Which material is best for outdoor use?

All our materials are suitable for outdoor use. Iroko hardwood is the most weather-resistant natural option. Acrylic and plexiglass offer excellent UV resistance. All signs receive protective finishes.

What size should I choose?

Consider viewing distance and wall space. Larger signs (300mm+) suit detached properties and entrance walls. Smaller signs work well beside doors or on gateposts. Contact us for sizing advice.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes — every order includes a professional designer proof. We send it to you by email before production begins, so you can see exactly how your sign will look.

How is installation handled?

Every sign includes a complete installation kit with instructions. Concealed fixings create a floating appearance. Professional installation recommended for masonry.
